This morning I found a juvenile Citrine Wagtail near Mill Loch in Baltasound. Not long after Dave text to say he had found his own Citrine at Norwick. Sometime later I was watching Dave’s bird, a double Citrine day!
Flight recordings of the Baltasound bird here (top three pics) and Norwick bird here (fourth pic).
Later in the afternoon Dave and I decided to check a few more sites hoping for a Citrine hattrick. At Brewers Marsh, Hardoldswick we found a Blyth’s Reed Warbler.
Last two flight pics taken by Dave.
